18-YEAR-OLD ARRESTED IN MANKATO HOMICIDE

An 18-year-old man is in custody in connection with a homicide in Mankato over the weekend.  Police found a man dead inside a vehicle early Saturday and determined he had been shot at another location.  Officers executed a search warrant at a Mankato home to arrest Guenther Boone, Jr. on suspicion of second-degree murder.  The victim has not been identified.
