Tigers Baseball and Softball have Big Games Today!!

The Morris Area Chokio Alberta softball and baseball teams have huge section 3AA playoff games today.

The Tigers softball team takes on Jackson County Central in Marshall.

On Saturday, Jackson County Central lost to 1 seeded Dassel-Cokato to head to the elimination bracket. Then, they took down Pipestone Area to move on to face the Tigers.

Meanwhile, the Tigers lost a heartbreaker to the number 1 seeded team in the South region, Luverne. They then went on to beat Windom Area 6-0 in the elimination bracket.

It is now win or go home for the 21-4 Tigers, if they win, they will take on the loser of Luverne and Dassel Cokato.

First pitch starts at 5:00 p.m. tonight at Marshall.

The Tigers boys baseball team starts the section 3AA playoffs against the 5th seeded team in the North against New London Spicer.

The game is scheduled for 5pm and is located at Chizek field. If the Tigers win this game, they will take on number 1 seeded Minnewaska on Thursday.
