TWO HURT IN SEMI VS MOTORHOME CRASH

The state patrol was called to a collision between a semi and a motorhome Tuesday afternoon shortly after 3 pm on Highway 67 in Morgan Township Redwood County.  Authorities say the motorhome was driven by 77-year-old Marilyn La Course of Springfield and the semi driven by 26-year-old Sergio Barron from Mexico.  They collided in the intersection of Highway 67 and County Road 13.  Both drivers were taken to Redwood Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.  Morgan police, fire and ambulance, Lower Sioux Police, Redwood County Sheriff’s Office and CentraCare ambulance all assisted at the scene.
