Karin Bottem, age 81, was surrounded by her family when she was called home to be with The Lord on Friday, August 30, 2024, at Ava’s House in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. A visitation will be held Sunday, September 8, 2024, from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm, at Sturm Funeral Home in St. James and will continue on Monday from 10:00 am to 11:00 am at Albion Lutheran Church. Funeral service will be held on Monday, September 9, 2024, at 11:00 am at Albion Lutheran Church in rural St. James. Interment will be held at Albion Lutheran Cemetery.
