Update: Fatal Nicollet Co Crash

Authorities have released the name of the 43-year-old woman from LeSueur that died in a one-vehicle crash in Nicollet County late Thursday morning, north of St. Peter.

The State Patrol says Marisa Ballman died at the scene.

The Patrol says she was traveling northbound on Highway 169 in Lake Prairie Township when the vehicle went off the roadway into the ditch and trees.

The crash happened just after 11:30am.
