NEW ULM STUDENT TEST SCORES ABOVE STATE AVERAGE
The Minnesota Department of Education released its 2024 report card that measures the percentage of students meeting the standards. New Ulm Public School once again performed above the statewide average in Math, reading, science and attendance. New Ulm scored above the state average in proficiency with 52.7% in math, 51.4% in reading and 54.1% in science. Over the past five years, New Ulm Public had a graduation rate above 90% while the state average has remained at 83%. New Ulm also has an 86.3% consistent attendance rate compared to the 74.5% state average consistent attendance.
