Darius Rucker Sentenced To Probation For Drug Charges

After a three-month delay, Darius Rucker was sentenced yesterday in Tennessee in connection with the 2023 traffic stop where drugs were found.  He plead no contest to simple possession in a Williamson County and received an 11-month and 29-day probationary sentence.  Meanwhile, two other charges, for simple possession and expired registration, were dropped as part of the arrangement.

During the traffic stop, 14 psychedelic pills, marijuana, and a THC pen were found which lead to a charge of simple possession.  His registration was also expired.
