Lester J. Wellentin Jr

Lester J. Wellentin Jr, age 88 of Lonsdale passed  away peacefully at his home surrounded by his family on September 13, 2024.  Preceded in death by his son, John; grandson, Thomas; sister, Phyllis Peterson, and step-brother, Leon Raaen. Survived by his wife 0f 67 years, Kathleen; children: Tammy (Jon) Hanek, Rhonda Wellentin, Joseph (Cheryl) Wellentin,  Katie (Brett) Aarnes, Jake Wellentin, and Liza (Wayne) Larsen;  grandchildren: Amanda, Jason, Jared, Amy, Lemuel, April, Levi, David, Lacey, Amber, Breahnna, Zachary, Gabriel, Lexi, Madalynn, and Benjamin; also by his 22 loving great grandchildren and one great great grandchild; sibling: Chuck (Sherie) Wellentin, Doug (Bev) Wellentin, and Vernon Raaen; daughter-in-law, Heidi; also by other loving family and friends.  Mass of Christian Burial, 11am Friday, September 20m 2024 at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Lonsdale, MN.  Visitation from 5-8pm Thursday, 9-19 at White Funeral Home (Hwy 19) Lonsdale.  Interment of Ashes at Calvert Cemetery in Lonsdale.
