Fatal Stearns Co Crash

An Indiana man died in a one-vehicle crash in Stearns County Monday night, south of Richmond.

The State Patrol says 36-year-old Charles Mullins of Ellettsville, Indiana died at the scene.

The Patrol says Mullins was driving a pickup northbound on Highway 22 when it went off the road near Edgeton Road, rolled, and came to rest partially submerged in water on its roof.

The crash happened just before 10pm.
