McLeod County Fairgrounds Preparing for Dog Show

A variety of dogs and their owners will converge on the McLeod County Fairgrounds later this week.

The Crow River Classic American Kennel Club All-Breed Dog Show begins Thursday (Oct 3) and runs through Sunday (Oct 6). Hours are 8am to 6pm daily.

Organizers say it’s a family event where you can see hundreds of breeds of dogs competing for their AKC Champion and Grand Champion titles, and you can learn about the personalities and care needed for dogs and maybe talk to a breeder, owner, or handler, about which breed and where you can get your next dog.
