second half real estate taxes are due

The Stevens County Auditor/Treasurer would like to remind all residents that your second half real estate taxes are due on Tuesday, October 15th for all homestead, non homestead and all

non-agricultural properties. By law, penalty must be added to all late payments.

Taxpayers have the following options:

Mail tax payments, but to avoid penalty, payments are required to be postmarked by October 15, 2024.

Use the drop box located inside the front main entrance to the courthouse, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, prior to midnight on October 15th , 2024.

Pay by electronic check or credit/debit card by going to the Stevens County website or calling the office at (320) 208-6567. Extra fees will apply.

Bring your payment to the Auditor/Treasurer’s office on the second floor of the courthouse during regular business hours 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
