TRF Man Among Those Charged With Soliciting

A Thief River Falls man and two others have been charged with “Soliciting Child or Believe to be a Child Through Electronic Communication to Engage in Sexual Conduct”. 

According to the Polk County Sheriff’s Office, Telesforo Lacambra Ragrag (53) was changed, along with Kaden James Marquart (21) from Grand Forks and Mark Richard Olson (45) from Twin Valley. Sheriff’s Officials, along with the MN Bureau of Criminal Apprehension conducted an undercover chat operation that led to the individuals being charged. 

Telesforo was also changed with “Distribute via Electronic Communication Material that Relates/Describes Sexual Conduct to a Child”.

Authorities say 45 other individuals are being investigated from around the United States and Canada. 

Those investigations are active and ongoing as authorities work with many jurisdictions to identify and charge other offenders.
