Busy Night On Local Schedule

High school Football tonight on SAM 107.3. Cleveland travels to Winthrop to take on the GFW Thunderbirds. Coverage begins about 6:50pm with The Rocket and Ron Berdan. Springfield travels to Sherburn to take on Martin County West. Wabasso will take on Adrian/Ellsworth and Nicollet heads to Morgan to take on Cedar Mountain.

On the Volleyball Court:

St Peter travels to Blue Earth to play the Bucs, St James heads to Windom, Cathedral goes to Hector to take on BLHS, Sleepy Eye will be at MVL, Tri City United will take on Sibley East, LCWM has sectional match up in Waseca, St Clair will be at Lesueur/Henderson, MLGHEC/Truman has a match up at Cleveland and Minnewaska will be at BOLD.

Big Cross Country meet at Madelia features a number of area teams.

Section 2A Soccer Semi-finals:

Girls:

New Ulm plays Mankato West at 5pm, followed by St Peter at Mankato East at 7pm. Both matches at Caswell North.

Boys:

Jordan heads to Mankato to take on Mankato East, match begins at 4pm at Kennedy Elementary and Marshall will host Worthington at 7pm, the match will be played at SMSU.
