South Central College and MSU Mankato team up on Ag Program

(North Mankato, MN) — A new partnership allows South Central College students to get a four-year degree at the new Minnesota State University-Mankato School of Applied Agriculture, Food, and Natural Resources. S-C-C vice president of academic affairs Laura Attenberger says students who complete an associate of applied science in agribusiness at South Central College can then seamlessly transfer to MSU-Mankato and earn a bachelor’s of applied science degree in agronomy.” Attenberger says students previously had to transfer out of state to schools like South Dakota State and Wisconsin-River Falls. MSU-Mankato officially launched its new agriculture program last week, but some students are enrolled this fall.
