David Wilbert Hermel, age 71, of New Ulm, MN, passed away unexpectedly in a car accident on October 8, 2024, in Meeker County. Funeral service will be 11:00 a.m. Thursday, October 17, 2024 at the Immanuel Lutheran Church in rural Courtland with Pastor Paul Lauer officiating. Visitation will be 10-11 a.m. Thursday, October 17, 2024 at Immanuel Lutheran Church in rural Courtland. A celebration of life will be held at the Crow Bar in Courtland Thursday, October 17, 2024 from 1 to 3 p.m. all are welcome to join. The family invites friends and loved ones to bring a picture or written stories to share as we celebrate David’s life and legacy.
