Goalie Goal Alert, as Wild beat St Louis
(St. Louis, MO) — Filip Gustavsson helped his own cause on Tuesday night scoring his first career goal in a 4-1 win over the Blues. Gustavsson became the first goaltender in Wild history to score a goal as he capped the victory into an empty net from his own crease. He also becomes just the 15th goalie in the history of the N-H-L to light the lamp. Besides scoring a goal, Gustavsson also 27 saves to improve to 2-0-1 in three starts with a 1.66 goals against average and a .948 save percentage. The Wild are 1-0-1 to start their seven game road trip which continues on Saturday in Columbus.
