Frances Downer, age 102 of Glencoe passed away Thursday October 31, 2024 at The Harbor in Norwood Young America.

Funeral service 11:00 AM Tuesday November 5, 2024 at First Lutheran Church in Glencoe.  Visitation held at the church one hour prior to the service.  Interment in Ft. Snelling National Cemetery in Minneapolis.
