MIAC FB Finals Saturday

The Carelton Knights snapped a 26 game losing streak to Gustavus on Saturday, defeating the Gusties 51 to 17. Carleton QB, Jack Curtis threw for over 400 yards and 6 touchdowns, favorite target, Tyler Dimond caught 11 passes for 272 yards and 4 touchdowns. Gustavus finishes regular season 5 and 4, Carleton is 4 and 5. Other finals, St Scholastica was a 42 to 28 winner over Hamline, Augsburg defeats Macalester 33 to 3, Bethel wins the Skyline Division with a 49 to 16 win over Concordia. St John’s wins the Northwoods Division with a 55 to 6 win over St Olaf. Championship weekend is next week.

One UMAC Final, Martin Luther defeats Crown College 13 to 0.

UMAC Volleyball finals, Martin Luther was a 3 to 0 winner over Northland and UW/Superior beats Bethany Lutheran 3 to 2.
