Wild fall in OT in Chicago

(Chicago, IL) — The Chicago Blackhawks survived a late rally to beat the Minnesota Wild 2-1 in overtime at United Center last night. Minnesota’s Matt Boldy scored with under five minutes left in regulation to tie the game at one, but Philipp Kurashev lit the lamp with the game-winner in the second minute of the extra frame. Chicago’s Jason Dickinson also scored in the victory. The Blackhawks snapped a two-game losing streak, while the Wild extended their point-streak to three games. Minnesota is in second place in the Central Division with 23 points and a 10-2-and-3 record. The Wild host Montreal on Thursday.
