TRF Woman Cited After Single Vehicle Crash

A Thief River Falls woman was arrested after going off road last week. 

Police say Ellen Wuflestad (30) was arrested and charged with “Third Degree Driving While Impaired .16 or Greater” after the van she was driving went in the ditch at 140th Ave Northeast / Riverbend Trail. 

Police responded just after 9:30pm on December 13th. Authorities say speed was also a factor.
