Two Indicted in Drug Trafficking Conspiracy
Two men have been indicted for conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine and fentanyl.
According to United States Attorney Andrew M. Luger Bobby Lee Donnell (46) and Jordan Lee Lussier (29) were stopped by the Minnesota State Patrol on about September 4, 2024, which led to the discovery of over 50 grams of methamphetamine and over 40 grams of fentanyl.
Donnell and Lussier were each indicted on one count of conspiracy to possess methamphetamine and fentanyl with the intent to distribute.
An arraignment and motions hearing has been scheduled for January 24, 2025.
