Gopher Men Fall In OT

The Gophers gave the Buckeyes all they could handle but just fell short 89-88 in double overtime on Monday night at Williams Arena. Parker Fox led the Gophers with 21 points while Lu’Cye Patterson added 20 plus got another 18 from both Mike Mitchell, Jr. and Isaac Asuma. The Gophers slip to 8-7 on the season and remain winless in the Big Ten at 0-4. They’ll hit the road with a stop at Wisconsin at 6 P-M on Friday and a 5:30 P-M tip on Monday at Maryland.
