VICTIM ID’D IN AUSTIN SHOOTING, 16-YEAR-OLD ARRESTED
The Austin Police Department has released the name of the victim who died in a shooting Saturday. Police say 27-year-old Opoka James Bot Lob Nathanael of Austin was shot and killed and a 16-year-old has been arrested. The shooting took place on 5th Avenue Northwest Saturday afternoon. A second man was injured and was taken to the hospital. His condition is not known. The investigation is continuing.
