St Thomas Mens BB falls in South Dakota

(Vermillion, SD) — The St. Thomas men’s basketball team saw its two-game winning streak come to a stop with an 85-80 loss at South Dakota last night. The host Coyotes scored the final seven points of the game over the final 32-seconds to seal the five-point victory. St. Thomas junior guard Miles Barnstable led the way with 16 points for the Tommies, who dipped to 20-8 overall and 10-3 in the Summit League. South Dakota improved to 17-11 overall and 8-5 in the conference. St. Thomas visits Oral Roberts on Saturday night at 7 P-M. Meanwhile, the St. Thomas women’s basketball team visits Kansas City today at 1 P-M.
