Wolves win big in Phoenix

(Phoenix, AZ) — Minnesota star Anthony Edwards dropped in a game-high 44 points as the Timberwolves cruised past the Suns last night in Phoenix 116-98. The Wolves outscored the Suns 34-21 in the third quarter to grab control of the game. Donte DiVincenzo netted 24 points off the bench, and Julius Randle added 20 points in his return to the lineup for Minnesota, which finished 2-2 on its road trip. The Wolves are in eighth place in the N-B-A Western Conference at 33-29. Kevin Durant scored 26 points and grabbed ten rebounds for Phoenix, which dropped to 28-33 on the season. The Wolves host the Philadelphia 76ers tomorrow night.
