TWO HURT IN NICOLLET COUNTY CRASH

The state patrol was called to a crash on Highway 169 in Lake Prairie Township in Nicollet County shortly before 1 am this (Thursday) morning.  A Ford Fusion driven by 23-year-old Elizabeth Jimenez of Shakopee was travelling southbound on Highway 169 when it entered the median.  Jimenez  and her passenger 23-year-old Kaylee Nicholson of Shakopee were both taken to St. Peter Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.  St. Peter Police, Le Sueur police department along with the Le Sueur and Nicollet County Sheriff’s offices and Rivers Edge ambulance all assisted at the scene.
