ELSTON ANNOUNCES RETIREMENT

Sleepy Eye City Manager Bob Elston has announced he is retiring.  The  City Council unanimously approved Elston’s retirement this week, whose last day will be December 18.  He previously worked as Sleepy Eye Public Works Director.  He came to Sleepy Eye in 2004 from Nebraska where he was a Rural Water Association Program Specialist in Wahoo and was Utility Superintendent in Plainview, Nebraska for four years.
