St. Thomas Womens BB falls in Fargo

(Fargo ND/Minnesota News Network) — The St. Thomas women’s basketball gave North Dakota State a hard fought game last night in Fargo, but fell to the Bison 72-67. The win was the 22nd straight for N-D-S-U, which is now 24-2 overall and 13-0 in the Summit League. The Tommies fell to 13-13 overall and 6-7 in the conference. St. Thomas sophomore forward Alyssa Sand of Albany scored 22 points to lead the way. Marisa Frost of Lino Lakes led North Dakota State with 18 points. The Tommies visit North Dakota tomorrow at 1 P-M in Grand Forks.
