New Ulm gets a road win in Norwood/Young America with a 74 to 41 victory over Central, Cathedral gets a section win over Martin County West 70 to 66, Loyola defeats Sleepy Eye 68 to 61, Springfield gets a big win over Tracy/Milroy/Balaton 82 to 49, Madelia edges GFW GFW 67 to 65, Wabasso defeats Lester Prairie 94 to 61, MVL gets a conference win over Lesueur/Henderson 89 to 77, Maple River defeats Sibley East 74 to 50, Sauk centre defeats BOLD in a West Central Match up 69 to 41. Red Rock Finals-RTR defeats Red Rock Central 84 to 47, Westbrook/Walnut Grove was a 67 to 62 winner over Edgerton and Heron Lake/Okabena/Fulda was a 69 to 56 winner over Mountain Lake Area/Comfrey.

Girl’s Basketball:

New Ulm picks up a non league win over Coon Rapids 72 to 54. Section 3AA finals-Fairmont defeats Montevideo 88 to 26, Luverne edges Windom 79 to 76, Pipestone defeats Redwood Valley 62 to 30 and St James eliminates Jackson County Central 82 to 47.

Men’s Hockey:

Gustavus defeats Hamline 5 to 1.

Women’s Hockey:

Hamline defeats Gustavus 4 to 2.
