7-year-old Injured in Renville County Crash

A 7-year-old passenger was injured in a two-vehicle crash in Renville County Friday night in Hector.

The State Patrol says the boy was taken to Olivia Hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.

The Patrol says he was a passenger in a vehicle driven by 40-year-old Jay Anderson of Springfield.

Anderson and the driver and passenger in the other vehicle were not injured.

The crash happened on Highway 4 at North 4 Drive shortly after 9pm.
