New Ulm Food Shelf Looking for a Few Volunteers

Executive Director of the New Ulm Area Emergency Food Shelf Brad Kirk said they could use some volunteers to help on Monday, Wednesday, and or Friday mornings 8:00am-10:00am.  It would involve sorting and putting away food received from food rescue sources.  Contact Kirk at 507-354-7668.  The Bakery Giveaway is continuing and its held every Thursday from 12:30pm-2:00pm and will continue at lease thru April.   Boy Scouts’ “Scouting for Food” Drive is taking place in March.   Notes will be posted on doors the weekend of  March 14th with food pickup the morning of March 21st.
