Another Arrest in Meeker County Drug Investigation

Authorities have made another arrest in connection with an ongoing drug investigation in Meeker County.

At just before noon on Friday, a 55-year-old man was arrested at a residence in the 300 Block of South Donnelly Avenue in Litchfield on an active Meeker County warrant for a previous charge of Fifth Degree Possession of Methamphetamine. The suspect also had and active McLeod County warrant for probation violation related to drug possession and domestic abuse.

A 51-year-old suspect was arrested earlier in the day at another Litchfield residence related to the investigation.

The investigation continues and authorities say more arrests can be expected.
