GROVE CITY MAN KILLED IN MEEKER COUNTY CRASH

The state patrol is investigating a crash that killed a Grove City man early this (Saturday) morning in Meeker County.  Authorities ay a Chevy Malibu driven by 22-year-old Eben Laidlaw of Grove City collided with a Ford F150 driven by 22-year-old Joseph Johnson of Litchfield.  Both were taken to Meeker Memorial Hospital where Laidlaw died of his injuries.  He was not wearing a seatbelt.  Johnson suffered non-life threatening injuries.  The state patrol says alcohol was involved.  Litchfield fire and police, the Meeker County Sheriff’s Office and Mayo Ambulance assisted at the scene.
