DETOUR FOR HIGHWAY 22 PROJECT ANNOUNCED

MnDOT has announced that the detour for Highway 22 between St. Peter and Mankato is expected to resume Wednesday, April 15 as crews start the second and final year of construction.  Through traffic will be detoured to Highways 14 and 169 during construction.  The new roundabout at Highway 22 and Hill Street/ Le Sueur County Road 21 will remain open to traffic.  Access for residents and businesses will be maintained during construction.  Construction is expected to continue until this fall.  Of course schedules are subject to change depending on weather and unforeseen circumstances.
