Little Falls Pastor Charged with Sexual Abuse

(Learfield News/Little Falls, MN) – A Little Falls pastor is charged with sexually abusing a young child for years while living in Hutchinson.

Thirty-three-year-old David Demenge faces multiple counts of first- and second-degree criminal sexual conduct.

According to the criminal complaint, Hutchinson police were contacted in January by a witness who reported the alleged abuse of a young girl.

The victim told investigators that when she was under the age of seven, Demenge punished her and a sibling by forcing them to take cold showers. She said Demenge would watch her shower and then touch her genitals afterward.

The victim reported the abuse happened at least ten times between 2013 and 2018.
