Wolves drop third straight game

(Minneapolis, MN/Minnesota News Network) — The Minnesota Timberwolves are on a three-game losing streak following a 122-108 loss to the Charlotte Hornets at Target Center yesterday. The Wolves led by five at halftime before getting outscored 67-48 the rest of the way. The Hornets outscored Minnesota 34-19 in the third quarter. Julius Randle scored 26 points in the losing effort, while Rudy Gobert had a 12-point, ten-rebound double-double. Guard Bones Hyland scored 18 points off the bench. Minnesota currently has the six-seed in the N-B-A Western Conference with a 46-32 record, having dropped four of the past five games. The T-Wolves visit the Pacers tomorrow night at 6 P-M. The Pacers are 18-60 on the year.
