LAKEVILLE MAN KILLED IN SIBLEY COUNTY CRASH

The Sibley County Sheriff’s Office was called Monday morning at 10:48 am to a rollover crash on Highway 19 east of Gaylord that killed  Lakeville man.  Authorities say a Nissan Xterra driven by 48-year-old Kristopher Anderson of Lakeville was eastbound on Highway 19 flat towing a Chevy S10 when he lost control causing both vehicles to leave the roadway.  Anderson was not wearing a seatbelt and was pronounced dead at the scene.  A passenger, 42-year-old Jennifer Hoffart of South Dakota was taken to a nearby hospital with non-life threatening injuries.  She did wear a seatbelt.  The state patrol along with Gaylord and Arlington ambulance, Gaylord Fire Department, MnDOT, Mayo Air Care, Arlington police and Afterburner Towing assisted at the scene.
