Twins beat the Tigers, 4-2
MINNEAPOLIS — Taj Bradley continued his brilliant start to the 2026 season with 6 1/3 outstanding innings and the Twins offense strung together hits against the reigning Cy Young winner as the Twins beat the Tigers, 4-2, in the second game of a four-game series. Skubal had not lost to Minnesota since 2022.
Bradley was superb against a dangerous lineup, he kept the Tigers off the board through six innings before allowing a run in the seventh, struck out a season-high 10 batters and did not issue a walk.
In the fifth, Minnesota broke out, Ryan Jeffers 2 RBI’s and Josh Bell RBI all drove in runs as the Twins took a lead and kept it.
