Pitching and Defense Keeps the Tigers Rolling Over Conference Foes
Morris Area/Chokio-Alberta girls softball team on Thursday picked up two wins 15-0 and 18-0 over Sauk Centre.
Tigers shortstop, Jr. Harmony Coverdale went 7-7, picked up 2 RBI’s, scored 6 Runs had a Home run and 2 Stolen bases for the day.
Sr. Tiger pitchers Haley Kill and Nora Boyle both pitched shutouts.
Tigers Softball Tournament is Rescheduled to Saturday, May 16th with Alexandria Area, Delano, Grand Rapids, KMS, Litchfield, Perham, and Sacred Heart.
Tigers (6-0) will host Marshall on Monday April 20th, first pitch 5:00 p.m.
