Join us on May 2, 2026 at the Regional Fitness Center on the University of Minnesota–Morris campus for one of the region’s most welcoming and energizing race experiences. Whether you’re chasing a PR, tackling your first triathlon, or just looking for a new challenge, Tinman is the perfect place to test your strength and endurance in a supportive, small-town atmosphere.
Choose your challenge:
Sprint Course – 450-yard swim, 12-mile bike, 5K run
Olympic Course – 1,100-yard swim, 19-mile bike, 10K run
Swim in a pool setting, ride miles through Morris, and finish strong with a run that brings the community out to cheer you on. You’ll compete alongside athletes from across the region while experiencing the friendly energy that’s made Tinman a 40-year tradition.
