RED FLAG WARNING FOR WESTERN MINNESOTA

The National Weather Service has issued a Red Flag Warning for 29 counties in parts of northwest, west central and southwest Minnesota due to extreme fire risk conditions.  Among the counties affected are Redwood, Renville, Lyon, Kandiyohi and Yellow Medicine.  Red Flag warnings mean fires can spread quickly and grow out of control under the predicted weather conditions.  If you live in a county under a Red Flag warning, you should not burn.
