Fischbach and Osberg Gain Endorsements in District 7

Both the Republican and Democratic parties in the 7th District endorsed U.S. Congressional candidates.

The West Central Tribune reports Republicans endorsed incumbent Congresswoman Michelle Fischbach in her bid for re-election.

Fischbach was the endorsed candidate in 2020, the year she unseated incumbent Democratic Congressman Collin Peterson.

She was re-elected in 2022 and 2024.

Erik Osberg won the Congressional District 7 DFL endorsement.

Osberg, of Wadena, currently works as the Rural Rebound Initiative coordinator for Otter Tail County.

He has also worked in the financial sector, media, construction and marketing.
