Morris /C-A GIRLS SOFTBALL A LITTLE SHAKY LOSE FOR THE FIRST TIME

Getting all the runs in the second and third innings was all that Dassel-Cokato needed to win 7-3 over the Tigers on Tuesday night. Tiger girls had problems all over the field with 4 errors, pitchers Haley Kill and Nora Boyle gave up 9 hits and walk 2 and struck out 4 batters.

For the Tiger hitters sophomore, Mia Lu Asche went 2-4 and had an RBI and freshmen, Aina Rose was 1-3 scored twice and walked once.

Morris Area/Chokio-Alberta Tiger girls softball team falls to (8-1) after losing 7-3 to Dassel Cokato (5-5) up next Tigers will be in Hawley on Thursday first pitch 5:00 p.m.

Friday: Tigers (8-0) at Minnewaska Area (6-3) Doubleheader: First game at 4:00 p.m. Second game 5:30 p.m.
