JUDGE RULES ON PROBABLE CAUSE IN RENVILLE SEXUAL ABUSE CASE

A judge has ruled there is probable cause to charge a Sacred Heart man with sex crimes stemming from incidents at a Renville daycare.  62-year-old Darrell Hanson is accused of sexually molesting four girls at the daycare and is charged with four counts of first-degree and six counts of second degree criminal sexual conduct.  The alleged incidents occurred between January 1, 2023 and August 15th, 2025.  Judge Lawrence Stratton ruled there was probable cause to charge him based on interviews with victims and Hanson.
