MINNEAPOLIS WOMAN CRITICALLY HURT IN WATONWAN COUNTY CRASH
The state patrol was called to a crash on Highway 60 and 780th Avenue in Watonwan County Sunday afternoon. Authorities say they were called at 5:40 to the collision between a Toyota Highlander and a Oldsmobile Aurora as the Toyota exited the rest area across Highway 60. The Toyota was driven by 74-year-old Sharon Mordorski of Minneapolis. She was taken to MCHS in Mankato with life-threatening injuries. The Oldsmobile was driven by 20-year-old Garrett Schellenberg of Spirit Lake, Iowa. He and his passenger 20-year-old Jeremiah Cash of Craig, Nebraska were both taken to St. James Hospital with non-life threatening injuries. St. James fire and ambulance and the Watonwan County Sheriff’s Office assisted at the scene.
