Baseball:

St James was a 13 to 3 winner over Mountain Lake Area/Comfrey, Byron shuts out St Peter 5 to 0, Madelia picks up a make up win over MVL 5 to 4, GFW defeats Martin County West 12 to 1, Lesueur/Henderson was a 6 to 1 winner over Tri City United, Sibley East was a 7 to 6 winner over Central, USC defeats Loyola 10 to 4 and ACGC defeats BOLD 5 to 2.

Section Tennis:

2A-Southwest Christian defeats Holy Family 4 to 3,Litchfield was a 5 to 2 winner over St James. Litchfield then edged Southwest Christian 4 to 3 to win the section and advance to the State Team Tournament.

3A Quarter-finals-Redwood Valley defeats Luverne 7 to 0, Montevideo was a 6 to 0 winner over LQPV, Benson defeats Yellow Medicine East 7 to 0 and New London/Spicer was a 6 to 1 winner over Pipestone. Semi’s will take place Thursday.
