MN 7th District Congressional Art Competition Winners
(Washington, D.C.) 7th District U.S. Congresswoman Michelle Fischbach’s office once again participated in the Congressional Art Competition and this year’s winners have been announced.
The office received over 40 submissions from students across the 7th District.
First Place went to “Geese in Harmony” by Kira Gurley from Redwood Valley High School and will hang in the U.S. Capitol.
Second Place: “Trout” by Griffin DeGroot from Central Minnesota Christian School will be displayed in Congresswoman Fischbach’s office in Washington, D.C.
Honorable Mention: “Emerald Jade Green” by Kerstyn Lindsey from Ada-Borup-West High School will be displayed in the Congresswoman’s district office.
Honorable Mention: “Left Behind” by Margo Klassen from Community Christian School will be displayed in the Congresswoman’s district office.
