Two Injured in Kandiyohi County Crash

A driver and passenger were injured in a two-vehicle crash in Kandiyohi County Monday afternoon near Atwater.

The State Patrol says 76-year-old Charles Schadt and his passenger, 69-year-old Marcella Kimbrell of Palmdale, California, were taken to Willmar Hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.

The driver of the other vehicle, 21-year-old Chloe Louwagie of Cottonwood, was not injured.

The crash happened on Highway 12 at 150th Street just before 2:30pm.
