Driver Injured in Kandiyohi Co Crash

A driver was injured in a one-vehicle crash in Kandiyohi County Thursday afternoon just west of Willmar.

The State Patrol says 77-year-old Barry Lokken of Appleton was taken to CentraCare Willmar for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.

The Patrol says he was traveling westbound on Highway 40, lost control of the vehicle and it went into the ditch near County Road 5.

The crash happened just before 12:30pm.
