BCA INVESTIGATING DEATH OF TEEN AT WILLMAR YOUTH FACILITY

The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension is investigating the death of a 13-year-old at a juvenile healthcare facility in Willmar.  Police were called to the Prairie Lakes Youth Programs shortly before 8 am Monday after staff members discovered the unidentified teen.  Unfortunately, attempts to revive the boy were unsuccessful.  The BCA is leading the investigation because the facility is state-licensed.
